This small Scarifier ripping shank was designed and first introduced in early 1944 as the OEM Allis-Chalmers Model 42, Speed Patrol grader. H&L’s 3/4-Series Crimp-on Teeth (see T021.2015) were first developed to fit the small Model 16 Adam’s Road Maintainer. Today, H&L continues to produce the “Original” 1 3/4SP tooth and scarifier system.
