This Scarifier ripping shank was designed and first introduced in 1969 as the OEM International Harvester (540977R91). This fabricated ripping tooth was first designed and introduced in 1953. H&L’s Flexpin Tooth system was first developed for an Austin Grader, Model HJD before becoming standard on many models during the 1950s and 60s. Today, H&L continues to produce the 21SP tooth and scarifier system for nearly fifty years.
