H&L patented “Brush Grubber” rake attachment was first introduced in 1952. “The H&L Brush Grubber clears heavy growth, brush and small trees, roots and all, in one sweep. The teeth lift roots out clean and free of dirt, destroying stubborn root systems—piles brush in clean stacks for faster, better burning…” so the literature reads from an H&L catalog 1967.
